(Sr Level) Last Mile Manager SCM - 6 Days Working - Gurgaon - E-commerce experience is a must Job Description: - Timely Delivery of orders - Work towards customer experience enhancement - Delivery as per committed schedule to increase customer experience ( Reduce Wait Time) - Minimizing RTO - Understanding and defining the last mile and reverse logistics Goals & KPIs - Vendor Development/ Alternate Vendor / New Initiative in the Industry - Regular Vendor Evaluation ( Cost/Service(delivery TAT)/Reach/RTO/Response on Query/ Intransit DSP) - Cost Reduction - Benchmarking and regular Negotiations to reduce overall Distribution call - Cost Reduction - Benchmarking and Regular Negotiation to reduce overall Reverse pick up the cost - Reduction of Overall TAT of Reverse Logistics from the time reverse pick up Request is raised to pick and finally deliver - Team Management ( Duty Roster, shift Planning, leave Management) - Process Adherence - COD reconciliation ( Follow up and Timely Receiving of same in our Account) - Follow up with Internal Stakeholders (FC Manager/ Customer Service) - Adroit analysis on issues impacting deliverables and work with respective teams to resolve it. - Provide weekly analysis on Last mile performance and analyze the reasons for any inconsistency. - Should be able to make decisions on process & systems with approval and consent of the reporting managers - Ability to utilize exceptional problem solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences
