Manager - Financial Planning / Business planning
- Financial reporting & analysis, Revenue and MIS reporting, planning & forecasting, audit & various reporting.
- Framing annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results.
- Monitoring inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of objectives.
- Prepare Annual Business Plan, Budget, and Periodic Forecasts.
- Prepare financial modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
- Cash flow management, keeping tight control and raise red alerts to management.
- Costs are maintained under the budget and in line with Annual Operating Plan.
- Variance Analysis Budget Vs Actual.
- Monthly review of all the ledgers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Driving cost savings in the organization as per targets defined.
- Finalization, Reporting and Analyzing Company's performance and helping in management decisions.
- Calculating the monetary impact of potential business decisions Budgeting simulations.
Qualification and Skill required : Should be a CA Should have 3-6 years of experience in financial planning analysis. Working knowledge of SAP. Excellent Communication skills with collaborative work style to engage with stakeholders.
