Large Format Retail Manager - PC & Laptop (5-12 yrs)
- Responsible for ASUS NB/PC business with LFR customer Croma/ Vijay Sales/ Reliance / Ezone.
- Responsible for ASUS NB/PC business with E-commerce portal - Flipkart/ amazon/ Cloudtail/ Snapdeal/ Shopclues /Paytm.
- Achieve the Annual Business plan - Monthly sales in / sales through and sale out planning Sales and Channel Expansion, Gross Margin & other key deliverables.
- Distributor management - Primary sales, stock planning, Secondary liquidation/sales out plan & implementation, ROI working, Monthly sales in / sales through planning.
- Planning & effective implementation of various - Retailer Schemes- for LFR & online customers.
- Plan & execute various promotional activities like - Partner Meets- & - Dealer Meets - Mall Campaign-, social marketing promotional activity to generate awareness & create a Pull for the brand.
- Inventory planning - Sales Forecasting & Product mix planning with Product center team.
- Develop the business partners & improve market share through network expansion of direct dealers.
- Team Management - drive the team of ASE & Sales Officer to exceed targets.
- Team motivation - plan various team building activities for team bonding, maintain healthy working environment
- Inventory Management - maintain the optimum stock levels at Disti and customer by analyzing sales pattern.
- Plan & execute the activities for new product launches.
