- Drive a successful profitable business for identified Focus accounts delivering to the business objectives for each account - Be the face for the client for any logistics solutions / services required by the client. - Spear head the activity to identify the supply chain needs of the account and liaise with the solution architects as needed to bring the entire strength and capabilities of the account and offer innovative and value accretive solutions - Effectively maintain market intelligence on the focus accounts; monitor competition, stakeholder mapping, business trends impacting the business at the account - Develop the long-term account plan (1 year to 3 year) ; Present account sales/expenses forecasts to the management team - Drive senior executive level client relationship to create an effective brand positioning - Maintain and run an effective engagement calendar to ensure effective cross functional interactions across all relevant stakeholders between the account and team - Monitor the Value delivered, and benefits accrued by the customer and effectively position to the client - Drive an effective pricing strategy and ensure appropriate price realization for business conducted - Monitor the operational scorecard for the focus account & drive y-o-y client improvement on all parameters - Create business case for investments in Focus accounts - Drive a culture of Customer Delight across the team to ensure high customer satisfaction for the identified accounts
