Large Account Manager (Govt. & Public Sector)
Job Description:
- This position requires a strategic & holistic understanding of the sector, take charge of a set of existing & target accounts and grow sustainable business through stakeholder & influencer engagements, from opportunity seeding through the entire budgeting & procurement cycle, all towards a predetermined revenue accomplishment plan.
- Preferably bilingual (English & Arabic), the candidate will be extremely customer focused & CXO level relationship driven to create/spot opportunity areas for striking large, multi-year contracts leveraging the offerings & differentiators of company's own & partner solutions. Candidate is expected to be well versed in navigating through government tender processes, adept in devising win strategies while owning & driving high impact winning proposal submissions.
- In order to translate contracts into revenues, ensure customer delight & grow company's wallet share, the candidate will take active interest in working closely with the delivery teams as the conscience keeper & trusted customer advisor.
- Team play & teamwork are key ingredients to work with internal & partner teams for this role & when coupled with latent communication and leadership skills, you will naturally levitate to being seen as a champion.

Requirements for the role:
1. Engineering graduates preferably with MBA
2. Preferred age group of 28-32 (male candidates)
3. 5-8 years hardcore direct sales experience in Enterprise IT Solution/Software Selling of which at least the last 3 years in a similar role & responsibility as stated above in the stated domain
4. Bilingual (Arabic & English) with high fluency
5. Strong Communication & Presentation skills
6. Candidate should have developed new and managed existing large govt. accounts
7. Capability to unearth customer business issues or new opportunities & help them with innovative IT solution requirements
8. Good track record of structuring & winning consulting, large SI, Enterprise Solutions, Multi-year Managed Services contracts, BOT/BOOT type of projects would be considered a distinct plus
9. Strong business acumen, high number orientation & problem solving skills are mandatory
10. Exposure to participating, understanding & negotiating win-win contracts would be an added advantage, though not essential
11. Previous relevant experience in MENA would be an advantage
