Manager - Talent Development and Culture - Design and deliver employee engagement programs. - Drive quantitative analysis of engagement scores, create qualitative/creative solutions on engagement with leadership. - Identify gaps and provide input for organisational developments. - Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. - Help identify learning pathways and ensure transparency to allow people to grow and learn. - Implement learning programs to bridge the gap between present and the desired cultural model. - Communicate with employees, facilitate HR-related dialogue and build cultural competence around the organisation's needs. - Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics, to maximize the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment that supports our desired culture. - Identify training needs and design appropriate programs that deliver learning effectively and measure the success. - Develop, design and deliver innovative and effective Employer Brand strategies to promote Landmark Digital as an employer choice. - Create, promote and communicate the employee value proposition to internal and external stakeholders using flexible and targeted messaging strategies. - Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programme. - Co-create and disseminate content that is in alignment with the employer brand and organisational culture. Experience : - Postgraduate/Graduate with recognised professional qualifications in Human Resources or any relevant discipline, CIPD/SHRM certification would be an added advantage. - Exceptional relationship skills and a keen understanding of best practices in people and culture management. - Experience in designing, tracking and measuring brand outreach programs. - Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance, experiment design and analysis. - Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of successful learning and development strategies. Skills: - Ability to take ownership of employee engagement surveys. This includes identifying strategic focus areas and ensure maximum participation led by managers, be responsible for reviewing and analysing the results to further identify learning and development opportunities. - Outstanding communication and narrative skills that build, integrate and empower employee's conversations and stories into actionable insights for people's success. - Working with leadership to build and implement strategic roadmaps based on qualitative and quantitative findings from various employee surveys. - Work effectively with cross functional teams and take initiatives. - Can handle multiple complex projects with a result-oriented approach. - Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and leaders. - The candidate should be with a high ability, of sound business acumen, possess strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering superior results. - The ability to understand what motivates the team, and to lead employee engagement programs with consideration. - Able to build rapport and maximise individual strengths while consistently applying policies and practices.
