Landmark Group Talent Acquisition team, plays a very important role in attracting and hiring future leaders for the company. The TA team has a vision to establish itself as a strong partner in supporting the organization goals, by hiring the right talent at the right time and at the right cost. To support this vision a strong TA operations lead who will support the front-end recruiters is very important for the function. The incumbent will support all the recruitment operations activities, as well as support any special projects for the function. Key Responsibilities: - Support the head of TA by managing all operational aspects of recruiting and identify opportunities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness - Work closely with the front-end recruiters to deliver and improve the TA operations activities - Lead, develop, grow, and manage a recruitment operations strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience - Obtain business and candidate feedback on recruitment quality and identify improvement opportunities - Identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics, including KPIs and ROI for sourcing platforms, vendors and overall productivity - Use data to analyze, predict and optimize recruitment processes - Identify new tools and technology to improve TA operations - Oversee recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, including adoption of Taleo (ATS) and future upgrades - Identify, build, maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting vendors and third-party suppliers - Support the team on special projects and in some instances lead central projects to bring improvements and efficiencies
