Landmark Group - Manager - Partnerships - Loyalty/CRM (8-10 yrs)
Research, analyze and make partner recommendations in relevant segments.
Design and develop business, financial and process model for each partnership deals
Assist negotiating agreements and process to build sustainable partnership relationship
Develop and maintain knowledge base on loyalty trends of international and regional players
To engage internal stakeholders to leverage brand and retail initiatives by aligning partnership objectives.
To maintain operational excellence in coordination with internal and partner teams
To plan and execute marketing initiative to deliver partnership objectives
To liaison with internal teams to build pitch and marketing materials for business development
To build business proposals for prospective partnership deals and interact with internal leadership to secure approvals
Build and publish marketable insights on partner engagements
Experience in Loyalty / CRM is a must. Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills are a pre-requisite.
MBA - Finance is a must.
Eye for detail and flare for numbers is a must. Should be able to analyze data and able to present insights to partners and internal senior management.
