- Draft & vet commercial contracts, lease deeds, franchise Agreements etc.

- Provide transactional support to business by timely preparation, negotiation & execution of leases and contracts;

- Legal advisory support to business in handling operational & compliance issues;

- Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk for the company;

- Prepare standard agreement & other document templates;

- Ensure effective litigation management of all cases - appoint & manage external counsel, file cases & monitor their progress

- Ensure adherence to internal control systems to maintain set quality standards;

- Good drafting & negotiating skills with flair for finding innovative legal solutions.
