Key responsibilities will include:

- To effectively execute complex assignments including assisting seniors in preparing reports and performance of all services related to the assignment (in house research and analysis, field work, etc).

- Ensure proper execution of fieldwork as per work plan and adherence to assignment mandates

- Provide regular project status updates against key performance indicators/milestones.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of internal audit experience with 5+ years of Forensic Accounting experience in a Big4.

- Extensive hands-on experience in working with forensic eDiscovery tools- Intella / Relativity / other leading forensic tools

- Conduct due diligence, forensic audit, proactive fraud reviews as per the case requirement

- Carry out investigative methodologies to identify issues and gather relevant evidence

- Draft detailed reports on observations/findings within scheduled timelines

- Ensure compliance to the firm's risk management policies and procedures

- Knowledge about enhanced due diligence, business intelligence, asset searching and other investigation work will be an added advantage.

- Should be a Chartered Accountant from ICAI / similar qualification. Certification such as CFE etc will be advantageous.

- Flexible team player with demonstrable experience in executing complex and time-bound assignments

- Strong oral and written communication skills essential.

The Incumbent Will Have :

- In-depth understanding of the forensic investigation process and demonstrated capabilities of using forensic tools for conducting analysis and gathering evidence

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Investigative mindset - a highly professionally skeptical attitude to identify and spot documents and statements for alteration, concealment, forgery, etc.

- Proficient MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with client-facing experience

- Demonstrated track record of efficient project execution

- High level of detail orientation and quality consciousness
