Landmark Group - Manager - Finance - CA (6-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Key responsibilities include :
- Lead for all Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning activities including scenario building.
- Direct lead for providing support to Brand Operations teams.
- Financial evaluation for new sites
- Deliver Franchisor reports - Monthly P&Ls for all brands.
- Finance support for critical initiatives for Supply Chain (Food), IT and HR functions.
- Produce periodic reports on Brand performance and highlight areas of opportunity for improvements.
- Provide business finance support for all territories.
- Prepare monthly MIS, presentation packs along with adhoc reporting.
- Supporting Head of Finance and Senior Finance Manager.
- Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis and other frequency as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Education : Chartered Accountancy
Language : English - Mandatory
Job Experience : 6-7 years of experience post Qualification in the F&B industry
- Technology Exposure in Financial Control, Planning, Budgeting, Analysis. Knowledge of advanced Excel is must.
Others :
Commercial awareness of the trends in finance within the hospitality sector.
