DO - Key Responsibilities :

- The Marketing Manager is an experienced marketer capable of hitting the ground running and implementing campaign management from strategy through execution.

- The Marketing Manager is the conductor for the team of experts to deliver effective campaigns that drive footfall to sales.

- Looking for a hands-on team player who is comfortable in fast-paced environments.

- Applicant must have a bias towards meeting the needs of customers in their communication journey and delivering compelling content and offers to drive response. Excellent project management, communications and critical thinking skills are required

Campaign Management :

- Manage and oversee the development and execution of all creative projects tactical and thematic from print to digital in line with the brand's commercial calendar.

- Brief and co-ordinate with creative agency for the brand campaign and seasonal thematic campaigns.

- Plan and organize all required shoots that support catalogues, and ecommerce.

- Understand shoot process well and have production knowledge.

- Manage product selections for each campaign working closely with all stakeholders to ensure campaign.

Brand Positioning:

- Understanding the brand, researching, and gaining a view on the customer, the competition to develop the brand positioning

- Building the image of brand in line with business objectives

- Development of brand guideline, tone of voice and driving adherence across various channels of communication

Planning and Insight Generation:

- Understanding customer shopping behaviour from loyalty data analytics, periodic qualitative and quantitiatve research as well as study category and competition trends to generate insights for thematic and tactical campaigns for the brand.

Key Stakeholder Management:

- Managing intra-departmental relations between Commercial, Ecommerce, Marketing and Visual merchandising to drive consistency in brand imagery and communication.

- Plan and supervise work traffic among in house graphic designers, arabic copywriter

- Build a data base of creative support across styling, copywriting, photography and design.

- Enlisting smaller local creative/ production/ ad agencies to assist where required

- Managing agency contracts, payments, retainers etc.

Budget Management:

- Prepare the annual marketing budget in consultation with the management team

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tracking of the budget including reporting

- Maintain tracking sheet of POs raised till payment are made.

JOB SPECIFICATION :

- PG Degree in Marketing and related field

- 8 plus years in creative content management; brand identity & positioning; agency and creative shoot management. Experience in a fashion or home retail preferred. Omni channel experience good to have creative agency background can be considered.

- Middle east experience / Arabic speaker advantage

- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal

- Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trends

- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment

- Organized, efficient and detailed oriented

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
