Landmark Group - IT Business Analyst (8-12 yrs)

Role Summary:

- Business analyst to assess business requirement through business requirement document, review & walkthrough Conceptual design to business, and coordination with business for UAT sign off, NFR (Nonfunctional requirement) preparation and getting required resources including SFTP creation, server requirement (if required), Port creation for production deployment.

- Candidate will be responsible for fixing bugs and glitches.

- In this role, candidate should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Candidate must be competent in analyzing business requirement and getting development by ensuring PLC (Product life cycle).

- Ultimately, candidate will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly. Must possess the excellent PL/SQL knowledge.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Analyzing BRD, getting developed ensuing PLC

- Ensuring process is followed for getting required infra resources are covered for UAT and production deployments by filling NFR and sharing with INFRA team

- Identifying financial risks involved in new / enhancements / products or tools and preparing queries / reconciliation scripts for identifying exceptional errors

- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy

- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution

- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

- Collect quality data

- Identify key KPIs for delivering projects

- Strong understanding of Oracle Database methodologies like SQL Tuning - Serial and Parallel Queries, Data Compression, Materialized Views etc.

- Reviewing test cases, user manual and technical documents.

- Assisting Reporting / ER teams in developing new reports / changes as per business requirements

- Coordinating with business, application team and partners and ensuing that end to end is covering while delivering business requirements
