Landmark Group - Head - eCommerce Business (10-20 yrs)

The focus of the role is to manage the P&L for the ecommerce business of Homecentre. The role would be responsible for driving YoY growth from ecommerce channels.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage and develop the P&L (USD 800 million) for the E-commerce business for Homecentre.

- Contribute to, update and maintain Home Centre's Ecommerce vision and provide intellectual leadership and partnership to the cross-functional initiative teams responsible for executing that vision

- Define the assortment strategy to establish a clear vertical differentiation vis-a-vis horizontal marketplace.

- Adopt, utilize and drive a change management framework for working through new initiatives

- Establish strong collaborative working relationships with internal business partners including IT & Web Team, Buying & Planning, Retail Store Operations, Logistics & Inventory, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources

- Manage the development and implementation of pilot projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and business partners to drive decision-making and in-store implementation

- Leverage all digital and non-digital marketing channels to maximize ROI for all channels of the business and drive Ecommerce awareness

- Leverage the brand's network of brick and mortar stores to achieve e-commerce objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Education Post-graduate degree preferably in Business Administration.

Job Experience :


- 10-15 years of overall experience from an industry-leading omni-channel retailer, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

- 4 years experience in E-commerce vertical preferably in Home and Furniture - in a leadership role.

Experience:


- Strong understanding of shaping consumer behavior in Online home and furniture business

- End to end understanding of e-commerce across digital marketing, fulfillment, catalog operations and storefront management.

- Good understanding of Home category
