- Drive profitability and service the demand optimally in the relevant category for the concept by ensuring availability of the right product at the right time

- Keep abreast of the trends prevailing in the international market and customize the same to suit the needs of the domestic market

- Identify, assess and action on the available market opportunity for new and existing categories, markets and brands (quantitative and qualitative)

- Drive timely planning and implementation of Buying and Seasonal calendar

- Develop new products based on the market trends, customer needs, positioning and opportunity

- Plan, finalize and drive the sales, margin and inventory for the assigned categories as per the budget and space

- Analyze product and customer feedback

- Enhance product/packaging quality so as to reduce defects as per norms

- Build long term relationships with brand partners and vendor

- Enhance the customer experience

- Build and manage the team to maximize performance
