Landmark Group - Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop understanding of key business requirements and work on a business problem/ work stream, owning a distinct aspect of the project including managing the respective stakeholders across different Departments and functions (Territory, IT, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain etc.)

- Gather and structure relevant data (internal & external sources) and use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analysis, insights and solutions that support critical business decisions

- Develop key hypothesis, test and validate with fact-based data driven analysis and develop actionable and fact-based recommendations

- Analyse internal data (financial / operational / retail transaction), identify root causes of problems, and draw actionable business insights

- Recommend solution ideas, helping drive clarity of thoughts amidst ambiguous situations

- Support function head and team members in developing detailed go-forward strategies or performance improvement plans

- Build Excel models and seffective presentations to communicate the recommendations / solutions to project lead / team, and concept/function stakeholders

- Drive timely implementation of recommendations/initiatives, conduct regular progress reviews, tracking and reporting of business benefits / impact delivered

What we seek:

- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of work experience from top tier colleges/Universities (IIT's, NIT's, BITS Pilani, DTU, LSR, SRCC, St. Xavier's etc.)

- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally well conversant in excel modelling

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills - Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences including senior leaders in a structured manner

- Ability to adapt to a variety of engagement types, locations and work on projects in different strategy domains as per the requirements

- Goal oriented self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance with a curiosity and willingness to learn continuously

- Deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task

- Being an excellent team player while also and being an independent thinker who contributes to the team constructively
