Job Title: Assistant Manager - Robotic Process Automation CoE Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; This is an IC (Individual Contributor) role and person would be the part of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) CoE under Finance function having following roles and responsibilities : - Responsible for day to day project deliverables - for enterprise wide RPA Project including project plan, budget spend, weekly/ monthly project dashboards and reporting - Analysis of As-Is and To-Be processes for the business and identifying the automation / LEAN opportunities for the business processes studied&nbsp; - Senior stakeholder management - liaising with business heads, and CFOs to discuss the RPA, LEAN opportunities, presenting the business case, proposed solutions and managing the final sign offs - Management of vendor resources including work assignment, resource allocations, travel plans and invoice settlement - Managing the implementation of RPA/ LEAN solution for the business processes with sign offs on realized benefits&nbsp; Experience required:&nbsp; - Expertise in project management principles, and methodologies - controlling scope, delivering on-time / on-budget, reporting status, managing issues - Strong vendor management skills - Prior experience of managing large scale business transformation projects - Self-starter - being able to work with minimum supervision. - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders and create win-win situations - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to prepare reports, documents, and presentations for senior stakeholders - Analytical and innovative thinking to finding process opportunities and simplifying workflows; strong problem solving, listening and decision making skills. - Advanced Level skill with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio). - Flexible with travel to GCC countries as and when required by the business Educational qualification :&nbsp; - Master degree with 5+ years of experience; PMP/ LEAN certified Preferred Skills :&nbsp; - Hands-on experience on RPA tools - Automation Anywhere, UiPath or BluePrism - Solution architect experience - Experience in Retail/ Services industry for non-IT projects - Strong Business Analysis skills
