Role - Supervising Finance and Accounts function, including Day to Day Accounting, Reconciliations, MIS Reporting etc for Digital function. - Formulate business plans and financial models using key performance drivers. - Responsible for preparing budgets, tracking actual performance and providing insights based on data trends. - Monitor and conduct reviews for cost optimisation initiatives based on business targets. - Assist the business in establishing appropriate control mechanisms in finance as well as other related frameworks Requirements - 2-3 years of Finance and Accounts experience (post qualification) in retail ecommerce industry - Chartered Accountant (ICAI). - Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
