Description

- A Land Advisory & Transaction Role which involves but not limited to the Procurement and Disposition of Land Parcels, feasibility studies, Concept development etc.

Client Details : A leading International Property Consultant.

Job Description :

- Reporting directly to Senior Leadership

- Sourcing of land parcels for Clients

- Tracking of deals

- Site visits

- Creating a prelim financial analysis for each deal

- Work on an in depth market analysis of viable deals

- Data Analysis and Data Mining

- Deal Pitches to Clients/RFP

- Coordination with departments for deal closures.

- Option brief based on micro-market research

Profile :

- 3-10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, preferred in Land & Industrial Transactions

- Has a good understanding of the RERA regulations, local bye laws and other regulatory issues

- Familiar with Market trends and demographics

- Design and cost understanding

- Innovative

- Strong team player

- Problem solving attitude
