LambdaTest - Strategy Lead - CEO Office

LambdaTest is a cloud-based testing platform aimed at bringing the whole testing ecosystem to cloud. In this role you would be working directly work with management to ensure programs from the CEO's office remain on track and also work on various corporate strategy initiatives.

Requirement :

- Support the CEO in framing business problems; solving strategic business issues using pertinent data.

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis which including data gathering to develop recommendations for Executive Team.

- Track and create various strategic reports for the Executive Team including financial projection, MIS, etc

- Drive strategic and tactical new initiatives.

- Develop requirements, business process, and strategic planning that enable new initiatives to be launched successfully.

- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with the initiatives.

- For winning new initiative, develop requirements, business process, and strategic planning that enable the winning initiative to be scaled successfully.

- Board Meetings preparation

- VC pitch preparations

- Corp Development

Required Candidate profile

- You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 4-8 years of significant experience in strategy & operation excellence and handling successful key projects with a volume.
