Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Description :

We are the only cloud-based testing platform aimed at bringing the whole testing ecosystem to the cloud. Today we have a powerful cloud network of 2000+ real browsers and operating systems that helps testers in cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.

As the Marketing Lifecycle Manager, you would be responsible for owning the customer lifecycle, including conversion, retention and revival of customers. You would also be responsible for nurturing users and creating narratives to help them find the best ways to use LambdaStack.

What You'll Do :

- Develop LambdaTest's customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement and retention.

- Identify right segments for users and build a communication plan for engaging them on the platform and via emails.

- Be the in-house authority on customer behavior, product usage patterns and build a solid model for maturing users into new features and product adoption.

- Conceptualize and launch a customer advocacy program designed to identify and mobilize customers, transforming them into LambdaTest brand ambassadors.

- Implement mechanisms to forecast, prevent and reduce platform churn. Build compelling narratives to increase revival from inactive customers.

What you should have :

- 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience

- Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention. Delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs should be second nature to you.

- Exceptional writing, communication, and speaking skills. A knack for writing compelling copies whether it be on email or within a product dashboard.

- Experience of end-to-end handling of multi-level drip campaigns with well defined user segments using any functional marketing CRM.

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
