Position: Manager - Medico Marketing

Location: Corporate Office, Gurgaon

Scope of work :

- Manage all the activities of assigned portfolios & achieve yearly targets as per AOP

- Plan, coordination & execution of self & team members DR promotion activities to increase prescription of key specialized investigations.

- To increase the RPP of specialized tests & new tests in the market & increase market share of tests /portfolio assigned

Here is what you will do :

- Creating test portfolio literature & Inputs with agencies

- Planning & complete execution of major Dr conferences along with Sales team-coordinating both internally & externally

- Webinar/digital promotion platform management & coordination ROI analysis

- Field Working with Specialty/SS/GE Team

- MIS on various portfolios/ departments of NRL & other needs as per business requirements

- Budget utilization & 360 degree understanding of ROI

- Miscellaneous responsibilities- vendor selection for specific activities,PO creation/approval ,training to Sales team members
