Lal10 - General Manager - Finance & Accounting (4-7 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the process creation of the Finance and Accounting Team
2. Planning for team growth and working on searching and recruitment of the team as per necessity in consultation with the upper management
3. Working towards keeping the team motivated to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
4. Coordinating with upper management for strategizing the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective
5. To monitor and supervise all the functions related to Finance and Accounts of the company and to provide support to all functions to Business.
6. Accounting Function consisting of control & management of books of accounts; budget preparation, submission and enforcing budgetary control system in place; coordination with internal, external and statutory auditors for conducting various audits and initiating necessary actions based on audit observations; Analysing cash flows, and recommending cost control methods; handling accounting aspects for all projects; and compliance of company accounts and TDS provisions.
7. To assess the viability of the projects in terms of profitability, return on capital invested and ability to repay the financial obligation
8. Arrangement of fund for working capital, coordinating with Banks or MFI's for disbursement of loan and reduction of interest cost/charge, doing monthly fund planning, day to day monitoring & transfer of funds
9. Preparation & submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Balance Sheets and P&L Account and statement of affairs to the management for approval & publication.
10.Preparation, Implementation, and Monitoring for all internal financial controls including budgetary controls of the allocated business.
11.Preparation of F&A MIS with Analysis.
12.Adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance
13.Should be Familiar with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, Tally, Quickbooks
14.Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.
Location: Noida, NCR
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - INR 7,20,000 per annum + INR 4,00,000 worth ESOPs on the current company valuation
Preferred Experience: 4-8 years in handling Finance and Accounting in any vertical
Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Finance/CA/CFA. Bachelors in Finance/ Accounting/ Bachelor of Commerce will be an additional advantage
