Lal PathLabs - Sales Training Manager (6-10 yrs)

Role Purpose

There incumbent in the role will be responsible for developing Sales Capability Enhancement for frontline, new hires, refresher for entire salesforce in line with the business needs.

To ensure that Frontline and rest of the sales force is equipped with knowledge and skill to perform better and produce greater results

To ensure that the field force in Zone are enabled to do effective execution of all strategies with coaching through OJT and class room training

Key responsibilities:

Understand and evaluate training needs for the business through :

1. Partnership during key strategic initiatives and product launches

2. Collaboration with business and other support functions to understand new capability to be developed for continuous upskilling

3. Regular field visit to understand market requirement and competition benchmark

4. Prepare annual / monthly training calendar

5. Prepare and develop a team of regional trainers

Content Development and refresh:

1. Create and collate relevant training content

2. Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions

3. Partner with Subject Matter expert to create High-Impact training materials related to updates

4. Capability to do gamification of training content.

Managing digital platform of learning :

1. Managing employee traffic and engagement on digital platform

2. Creating / designing content and delivery framework

3. Creating and administer technical test

Conducting training sessions for :

1. Design and drive appropriate sales training strategy and execution plan in line with the training needs identified and prioritized by the business

2. Categorization of employees into different brackets & on basis of that co-work on training plan as per the training performance

ROI & Reporting:

1. Create and report periodic metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

2. Implement procedures and process improvements to maintain quality across board

- Creative and thoughtful to develop new training modules

- Handled LMS development or implementation

- Open for travelling

Experience & Qualification:

- A Minimum of 8-19 Years of experience in sales and sales training

- Hands On Experience in Data Management and Analysis

- Training Vendor Management experience is preferred

- LMS exposure

- Science graduate is a must
