Job Purpose: 1.Responsible for developing and executing product strategy for the Diabetic and Eldercare program of Dr Lal PathLabs. 2. Ensure both Physical and digital deployment of product Review &amp; recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes 3. Drive marketing programs to enhance consumer experience &amp; patient engagement for the segment Responsibilities : 1. Analyze usage pattern and consumer behavior to develop product/service programs to drive higher engagement, repeats, program/service upgrades, improve revenue/patient amongst existing patients as well as drive consumer acquisition for the segment through both offline and online programs 2. Assist &amp; work on the overall execution of the Marketing plan for the segment, including Budget Planning /Audits/ Vendor Management for the specific segment 3. Design and develop test mix for the test panel. Develop short term and long term strategy 4. Responsible for product placement, launching and product proposition for higher consumer demand 5. Accountable for test mix, promotion plan, pricing, product segmentation and costing for the product launch 6. Physical and digital deployment of the product at company-owned and franchise network 7. Use market intelligence and analytics to decode patient behavior &amp; insights for constructing product mix offerings &amp; a strong understanding of "digital" way of doing things 8. Maintain existing consumer and new consumer acquisition through varied product proposition and delivery 9. Monitor quality of performance and take corrective action to improve the quality. Define the quality KPI &amp; work towards improving the quality Specific Experience : 1. Exposure in product environment both digital and physical category
