Lake Shore - Marketing Manager - Branding (8-12 yrs)

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute strategies and tactics to get generate awareness about our malls and drive relevant footfalls
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Own and support omnichannel content creation & curation for ATL/ BTL campaigns, PR, event publicity, social media
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and catchment marketing that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Oversee marketing material, from website banners to partner communication, customer magazines brochures and other local communication
- Manage media plan and control budgets
- Interact & work with a creative agency to deliver time-bound results
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Whom we are looking for (Skills & Competencies):
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and capability for creating great copy and smart communication
- Innovative and agile
Qualification : Masters / Diploma in Marketing (MBA/MMS - Marketing) - preferred
Type of industry: Retail (Preferred)
Essential Experience: 8 - 12 years
