IT Security Analyst

Experience : 7+Years

Job Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Education : Any Graduate or Masters Degree into IT/ Engineering

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Application Security VAPT

- Experience in Cyber Security & Data Security

- Good Exposure into Risk Management and also Business continuity planning ( BCP)

- Strong into Reporting & Presentation too.

- Strong Communication skills

Role :

- Multiple operating companies and types of facilities creating a complex environment with varying threats and the need to safeguard across wide variety of security issues

- Ensuring sustenance of policies and adherence to compliance requirements

- Ensuring ongoing communication, support and training for a geographically dispersed team

What will you do :

- Capability to support and manage the 'Vulnerability Management Program'

- Conducting risk assessments while selecting new products, vendors, services and solutions aligned with group strategy

- Providing guidance to application architects and operational teams on security matters, controls and risks

- Strong skills on Management reporting and policy/processes documentation

- Very good understanding of IT, perimeter security and information security frameworks, and authorization controls (GRC)

- Ability to conduct assessments, develop and release RFPs

- Documentation with version control and reviews of implementation of policies and procedures at all times

What is Expected from you :

- Strong experience of leading IT security for a medium to large organization

- Cyber security experience and crisis management/ incident management experience

- Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders in ensuring compliance

- Good knowledge of active directory and application security

- Exposure to industrial IT security, Mobile security & Cloud security preferable

- Experienced in defining and measuring KPIs

- Continuous improvement processes

- Experience in IT / information security threats related to web applications

- Ability to conduct assessments, develop and release RFPs
