Job Responsibility : - Reviewing employment agreements, employee handbook, and HR policies. - Drafting employment agreements, mutual separation agreements, offer letters and termination letters. - Drafting of HR policies, leave policies and disciplinary policies of Companies. - Also getting involved in employment-related litigation and drafting and opinions pertaining to transfer of PF/Gratuity Trusts, closure of establishments/factories, engagement of consultants and risks arising thereof. - Relocation candidates with relevant experience can also apply for this role.
