- Accounting Finalization of Companies.
- Tax Audits under Income Tax Act.
- Transfer Pricing Audit and filing of the audit report.
- Internal Audits of various firms.
- Computation of Income and Tax liability thereof and filing of Income Tax returns (Incl. e-filing) of Companies, firms.
- Computation of Advance Tax.
- Valuation of Shares for private placement of companies.
- Review of Company & LLP formation and Filing of forms relating to all ROC compliances.
- Analyzing the impact of Companies act and advising the clients about the same.Providing advisory services on the structuring of transactions so as to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk for a new business setup / transactions of existing company.
- FCGPR, FLA and ODI Forms filing (Part of RBI Compliances)
