Roles and Responsibilities : - We are looking for a seasoned analytics professional with a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for the business This a senior management level position responsible for : - Serves as the subject matter expert for strategic data analysis, identifies both short term and long term vision, as well as make strategic recommendations and develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis. - Participates in strategic business engagements to build the right level of data inclusion into all business forums below the top exec level. - Leads risk management for different financial products. - Builds data driven solutions for different stages of customer journey not - Create a roadmap to continuously improve the skills and capabilities of the team Technical Skills and Experience : - 8 to 10 years' experience in Analytics, 5+ years' experience in a Fintech, preferably in business lending - Experience with data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data tracing and monitoring; - Experience in implementing data strategies and developing conceptual, logical and physical data models. - Hands-on expertise with Python or R and SQL - Skilled in building Machine Learning Models. Exposure to deep learning will be preferable - Experienced in risk management of different lending products across the lifecycle of consumer credit - Technology-driven mindset, digitally curious, up-to-date with digital and technology literature, trends - Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
