Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition through channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Oversee SEO/ASO initiatives to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic.
- Own the retention, ROAS and CAC across channels to meet revenue targets.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage budgets and constantly reduce CPA costs, improving CLTV etc.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer acquisition, performance marketing, and organic growth
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Should be able to present explanations of performance & outcomes of campaign to wider team.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to adapt and change campaigns where required based on data insights.
