Brief:

If you are an exceptionally intelligent and a highly motivated individual, excited to build a clean label, healthy F&B brand in India, and live and breathe digital marketing, we want to hear from to you. This role will provide you the freedom and responsibility to build a brand that will challenge the established FMCG companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Complete ownership of end-to-end digital marketing programs and campaigns on various social media platforms. Plan, execute and manage SEO/SEM.

2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Develop multi-channel and multi format content for website, emails, ads, landing pages, social promotion, press releases, case studies, videos, product collateral, whitepapers, presentations

3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

4. Manage participation in relevant food and beverage events across Mumbai to promote brand and product, to generate awareness and lead generation opportunity

5. Manage media coverage through press release, PR programs, mentions in domain/industry relevant articles, interviews

6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the company's website. Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers.

7. Participate in marketing planning, budgeting, and product development discussions

8. Monitor customer feedback both online to provide inputs and suggestions for improvement to product team and operations team. Manage customer queries and handle grievances to ensure a positive customer experience

9. Analyze customer, competitor, marketing and sales data to provide actionable insights

Role requires:

1. Unique ability to simultaneously be a leader and a resource, a captain and a team-mate, and a manager and an executor

2. Passion for entrepreneurship, digital marketing and business development

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high level of attention to detail, strong presentation, organization and project management skills

4. Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically

5. Strong work-ethic, discipline, self-motivated, takes ownership of work

6. Demonstrable experience in running multi-channel marketing programs delivering tangible results in terms of improving awareness and generating demand (preferably two years of agency experience)

7. Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies
