Kwanzoo - Senior Marketing Operations Manager


Kwanzoo is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides an Account-based Go-to-Market (GTM) platform and solutions to mid-to-large, global, B2B enterprises and high growth B2B SaaS startups. Customers include Highradius, Blend, leading mid-market companies and high growth B2B SaaS Startups.

- We're looking for a passionate marketing operations technology professional. You will be part of an enthusiastic team that builds and runs the most advanced GTM platform, supporting companies globally.

- This is a remote, work-from-anywhere position.

- This role will support Kwanzoo as we execute demand generation strategies. You will work closely with our CRO and marketing team to implement a variety of marketing nurture and digital tactics, including, but not limited to, marketing emails, programmatic advertising, paid social, and retargeting to drive Marketing Qualified Leads & Accounts across multiple channels.


Responsibilities :

- Take ownership if the entire Marketing & Sales tech stack, its success, measurement and day-to-day execution

- Management of all inbound lead channels and the integration of those platforms into our internal marketing, sales, and success ecosystems

- Setup and integration of all outbound campaigns, automations, and programs

- Maintain a deep understanding of Business & Strategy for key marketing initiatives, especially related to outbound tools and inbound channels

- Stay up to date and drive discovery of tech stack capabilities to mitigate upcoming industry and regulatory changes

- Maintain a cadence of regular syncs with partners to understand the progress of new tagging requests and other internal GTM capabilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of the GTM strategy within the tech stack

- Work with our engineering team on troubleshooting issues for our internal platform use

- Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, success, and product leadership to educate and influence their marketing efforts based upon stack capabilities.

- Lead and represent Marketing in compliance and privacy regulation/best practices partnering with the management team to ensure corporate compliance.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Marketing & Sales Automation platforms, Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), 1st and 3rd party tags, etc..

- API integration capabilities (Zapier and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, a.k.a. Datorama)

- Webhook functionality, setup and management

- Planning, set-up, and campaign measurement and optimization of PPC/Search, paid media, & paid social

- A results-driven personality that is comfortable bringing order to ambiguity, has the ability to work in a self-guided manner and isn't afraid to question the status quo

- Strong attention to detail

- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, such as paid media, marketing, product, engineering, and external partners

- Proficiency at learning complex software solutions, you will be required to complete advanced certification of Datorama

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and support skills

- Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership

- Team player with a sense of humor

Additional Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of digital MarTech / AdTech ecosystems and products as well as website technology / how websites work (coding skills not required, but understanding what to look for)

- Tagging and tag management

- Comfortable being subject matter expert for compliance/privacy regulations items impacting digital marketing

- Interest to learn and understand our LinkedIn specific microsites and products environment, and our information security, compliance, and privacy requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong documentation, coordination, and project management skills
