Kwality - Manager - Investor Relations

- Manage long term relations with existing investors

- Transaction origination & execution for equity (M&A and PE) deals

- End to End Transaction management

- Identifying & connecting with investors and pitching investment opportunity

- Managing commercial & financial due diligence; Negotiating Term Sheet, Shareholders agreement

- Periodic Investor interactions and communication to keep them abreast of the latest developments, result declarations, investment pitches and query resolutions

- Analyze investor calls of competitors and provide insights

- Work with stakeholders across functions to collate the data for investor presentations and reporting

- Development of company's M&A strategy and investment plan

- Identify & evaluate new opportunities

- Identify acquisition targets and strategic partnership opportunities

- Assess the strategic fit of the target companies

- Plan and execute the due diligence of the potential acquisition target
