Junior HRIS Analyst - Please note this role is Remote Work ( Permanent). The incumbent would be working from home full time. Reporting and key relationships : - The HRIS Analyst will report to Head of HRIS and be a system administrator on a global level for 3 systems. - HRIS : Workday - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) : Recruitee - Learning Management System (LMS) : Percipio - The role requires close relationships with HRIS team and HR Business Partners to provide support with HR processes. It is anticipated that the split of time spent on general HR systems administration activities and Workday support will be initially 70:30 percent ratio. Key activities : - HRIS related activities: - To be an expert on the HRIS systems to advise, train and manage the systems with the HR team and manager populations. Responsible for identifying and finding solutions to any issues with HRIS systems and processes. - Supporting Head of HRIS in project management tasks in Workday to optimize existing and roll-out of new modules / processes e.g. performance reviews, reviewing business process configuration, talent management, reporting, time off, time tracking, benefits, merit, creating training material and reorganizations. - Provide day to day helpdesk support to employees, managers and HR colleagues answering queries regarding login issues, process issues and general Workday related questions. - Analyze help desk enquiries to identify recurring user problems, recommend solutions and to identify areas where help desk service and / or HRIS processes can be improved. - Investigate and research solutions to various requests from the business using Workday Community. - Create, write and run advance reports from the HRIS system as required for Monthly Reports, Process reports, Compensation reports, department reports, team reports. To produce reports to the Senior HR Leadership team to present data findings like global employee reports, attrition reports, process reports, and ad hoc data requests. - Support promotion of HRM activities and development through regular communication updates on intranet, internet and other communication platforms. - Aid HRIS/ WD release management communication and support training documentation updates as and when needed. Complexity : - To manage and deliver autonomy with work load on a day to day basis, this is to also be agile, and proactive to ensure efficiency in delivery of service - Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion - Working accurately while under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines - To be able to manage the varying day to day tasks, alongside involvement with HR Projects - To keep up to date on all Workday updates, and understand the business impact of any updates, then communicate and manage the change with key stakeholders. - To propose and challenge the current HR/HRIS processes to promote innovation and efficiency to support the business - To support and work with key stakeholders to implement improved processes, for example, working with Talent Management team to ensure that processes and service delivery are of better-quality - To design, collate and deliver HR analytics which apply to different needs of HR team and Managers.
