This role is permanent Work from home Key activities : - Create high quality content suited for a variety of blended delivery methods including skills based webinars, software based quick guides, Instructor Led Training material and interactive e Learning modules - Consult with the business and HR team on learning technologies and how they can support projects / initiatives. - Ensure consistent branding across all internally developed coursework, maintain global standards and relevancy of existing courseware. Target 2 hours learning per employee per quarter (2 hours include e-learning completions). - Review, administer and train employees on the Performance Management processes for Goal Setting and Year End Review. Monitor completion rates of these processes within the goal and timelines set, produce reports / analysis for the same and communicate this to Head Talent Management. - Conduct a webinar on Induction on a quarterly basis for all new joiners. (This will be separate from 2 hours of learning mentioned above). Post each quarterly induction, do a survey/poll to receive an NPS score. NPS score should be positive and not lower than previous quarter. Liaise with Global Communications to keep Induction regularly updated. Develop and make available a toolkit for Managers for local induction and onboarding and an e-learning on Induction in LEON+. - Drive strategic usage of the internal eLearning tool LEON+ - Enhance the usage of LEON aligned with the business requirements and report on the consumption on a monthly basis. - Produce, update & publish the Global Training Calendar on a real-time basis. - Assist in the creation of competency and business aligned catalogue of learning offers based on a thorough learning needs analysis and evaluation. - Be the point of contact for co-ordination for all Talent Management related trainings, globally. This includes liaising with Head Talent Management and business to create, co-ordinate and administer webinars. - Publicize the webinars, track attendance & feedback of each. Assign training pre work and post training requirements for all participants as required with the necessary follow-up. - Assist with the tracking and measuring of the impact / ROI of global training across the business for monthly reporting on the same. - Review execution data, analyze feedback and summarize key findings for customers and stakeholders on a real-time basis. - Administer and run surveys as required for Talent Management. Analyze annually/when requested for, for new joiners and employees exiting the company survey results. These survey results are to be analyzed and presented to Head TM for dissemination across the HR. Complexity : - We are a culturally diverse organization dealing with different nationalities and time zones. - You will need to approach as well as be approached by people across the hierarchy for a variety of reasons connected with requirements/clarifications of trainings, suggestions for the creation and delivery of course content as well as assignment and reporting of course completion. Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Qualifications : - Strong customer orientation with fluent English & solid communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience in working in a team oriented, collaborative environment - Excellent organizational skills - Knowledge of advanced excel for analysis & power point - Project Management - Proven experience in training design, delivery experience within an international environment is an advantage - Proven experience with eLearning design techniques - Ability to use rapid eLearning authoring tools - Expertise in course designs with Adobe Captivate or similar and in Skill port based environments is a plus - Further language skills an advantage Attributes Of The Role Holder : - Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic in accomplishing set objectives and meeting deadlines. - Dynamic, creative, self motivated and passionate about providing high quality results independently. - A collaborator and team player.
