Kunduz - Manager - Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Position Overview :

We are looking for a driven & self-motivated individual who is passionate about having a direct meaningful impact on Students aspiring to top various competitive exams and realize their dreams. This role offers you an opportunity to work directly with our Country Co-founder in an early-stage, fast-paced environment. This role will work on various aspects of user acquisition via social channels. We envision this role to have an accelerated career path.

Job responsibilities include:

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

- Have proven work experience as a Social media manager & hands-on experience in content management

- Have excellent copywriting skills & the ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

- Have Excellent communication skills

- Have Analytical and multitasking skills

- Have Knowledge of online marketing channels like Instagram, FB, YT & Twitter

- Take ownership of the tasks, delivering on the desired objectives.

- You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture strategies.
