We are at an exciting juncture of our growth journey and are looking for a Product Manager to join us in making this vision a reality. As a Product Manager for Search, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our search product strategy, driving innovation, and improving the overall search experience for our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing, to deliver exceptional search solutions that align with our business objectives.

What will you be working on?

- Develop a clear product vision and strategy for our search capabilities, taking into account market trends, user needs, and business goals.

- Lead end-to-end product development efforts, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality search solutions.

- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and customers, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the search product and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in search algorithms to drive continuous product innovation.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on search technologies or related fields.

- Strong understanding of search concepts, including indexing, ranking, relevance, and query understanding.

- Familiarity with search engine technologies, information retrieval techniques, and search analytics.

- Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

- Experience in user research, usability testing, and conducting data analysis to inform product decisions.

- Prior experience working in an e-commerce, technology, or SaaS company is desirable.
