Position :

- Looking to add an experienced team leader as Senior Delivery Manager (SDM) to our Delivery vertical

- The SDM will own delivery of multiple projects through Delivery Managers (DM) and multifunctional teams i.e. Product managers, Functional consultants, Tech leads etc.

- Key responsibilities - project management and client management

- Key skills required - Structural thinking, problem solving, team leadership, great sense of ownership

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Management :

- Get good hold of our proprietary product suit Lend.in and its capabilities

- Own delivery of all assigned projects. Aspire for high quality, on time, and profitable deliveries

- Help DMs in converting clients requirements into milestones and tasks and enable team to deliver

- Conduct project reviews to ensure project plan adherence

- Keep minimum tickets and escalations on projects. Resolve them fast if there are any

- Coordinate with cross functional teams i.e. product managers, tech leads etc. for help on projects

- Create project visibility for all internal stakeholders and clients

- Ensure profitability on project through - right project pricing, tight scope adherence, optimal resource utilization and timely delivery

2. Client Management :

- Own the relationship with key project stakeholders from client's side

- Understand clients requirements in detail. Aspire for absolute clarity

- Manage client expectations and aspire for client delights

3. Mentorship :

- Enable DMs and the extended team to deliver at their full potential

- Be a mentor and help the team grow in skills and knowledge

4. Sales support

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities from existing clients and work with sales to build

- Help sales in creating right pitch for individual client needs

Requirements - Must have :

- MBA and engineering degree from premier institute

- 5-8 years of experience including 3+ years team management experience in client facing roles

- Great focus on getting things done

- Process oriented approach. However, should handle problems in case processes are still being built

- Great sense of ownership and ability to work independently

- Strong team player with interest in mentoring team members and bring the best out of them

- Aspiration for excellence and move towards it day-by-day

- Hunger to reach ideal solutions. Seek feedback to reach to ideal solutions faster and better

Requirements - Good to have :

- Handled software related projects / programs

- Experience in banking industry especially in lending

- Prior experience of using BPM and case models
