Kuhoo Credit Analyst/Specialist - Digital Lending Fintech

Being a member of the Credit Risk and Analytics team you will play a critical role in helping build the customer journeys, credit models and support fast and sustainable growth.

What will you do?

- Building scorecards and deploying it

- Creating data visualization dashboards with analytical bent having the ability to extract insights from large and - seemingly unrelated pieces

- Designing & implementing a Risk framework for a lending fintech covering the entire journey from Loan Application, Underwriting, Verification, Decisioning, Disbursal, Post Disbursal Loan Servicing & Collections

- Exploring new technologies and data tools to deliver risk controls, design risk dashboards which are the source of truth and keep our fingers on the pulse

- Developing, implementing and maintaining credit models/ scorecards for effective acquisition as well as for collections

- Ensuring complete adherence to laid down policy and procedure / process and ensure TAT adherence for good customer experience

Qualification & Experience :

- Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another quantitative field

- 2+ years experience in retail Risk management, especially in unsecured lending products like PL/EL/STPL in renowned banks or renowned Fin-tech

- Thorough understanding of credit for unsecured products

- Experience in managing /building scorecard
