Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development:

- Identify, pursue, and secure new franchisee partnerships to expand the Kuche7 network within the assigned region.

- Manage the complete franchisee onboarding process, including lead generation, initial meetings, agreement finalization, and legal documentation.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve franchise acquisition targets.

Project Sales & Closure:

- Identify and cultivate project leads, driving them to successful order closures for Kuche7 products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, principal architects, project in-charges, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Negotiate project terms and agreements to secure profitable business.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team capable of managing sales and operations within the division.

- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to maximize their potential and achieve targets.

Showroom Design & Standards:

- Lead the design process for new franchise showrooms, facilitating the creation of effective and brand-aligned layouts.

- Participate actively in generating alternative design options to meet franchisee needs and brand standards.

- Ensure all franchise showrooms consistently maintain the Kuche7 brand persona, ambiance, and operational standards through regular guidance and inspections.

Showroom Operations & MIS:

- Oversee all operational aspects of franchise showrooms within the region.

- Implement and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to track performance and generate relevant reports.

Project Coordination & Management:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project orders, ensuring timely and successful execution.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project authorities, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Training & Onboarding:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchisee staff on product knowledge, sales processes, and operational procedures.

Legal & Compliance:

- Manage all legal and formal documentation related to franchise and project agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Oversee franchise and project agreement renewals, fee/payment collection, and ensure agreements are up-to-date with current legislation.

Reporting & Communication:

- Generate and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key performance indicators to top management.

- Act as a central point of contact between franchisees and the franchisor, and between the company and project authorities, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Sales & Business Development:

- Actively follow up on generated leads to convert them into sales.

- Conduct or ensure the execution of cold calling activities to generate new leads daily.

- Proactively create and leverage personal resources and networks to generate sales opportunities.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with franchisees, architects, and project stakeholders to discuss design concepts and project requirements.

- Manage design and sales discussions with internal, franchise, and project teams.

- Conduct on-site visits to understand specific franchise or project if needed.

- Work diligently towards achieving monthly sales targets.

- Obtain formal confirmation on designs and quotations from franchisees and project authorities.

- Liaise with the purchasing team to understand material costs and quality.

- Manage both new and existing franchise, coordinating on design, technical drawings, and quotations.

- Visit the factory as required for quality checks or project understanding.

- Oversee site execution for franchise and projects in collaboration with the installation team.

- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding project closure amounts and other receivables.

- Manage franchise exhibitions and build teams as needed.

- Cultivate and manage referral sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully establishing new franchises and closing project deals.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

- Excellent understanding of showroom design processes and brand management.

- Proficiency in managing showroom operations and utilizing MIS.

- Demonstrated ability in project coordination and management.

- Strong training and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of legal and contractual aspects related to franchising and projects.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across India and potentially abroad.
