Job Summary:

- This role will lead the FP&A function and be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.

- This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis to drive informed business decisions.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management.

Requirements:

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

- Work closely with other departments to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Desired Experience and Skills:

- CA / CMA with at least 7-8 years of experience, preferably (but not mandatory) with multi-national companies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, managing deadlines to meet stakeholders' expectations.

- Excellent eye-for-detail, possess sound judgment and ability to analyze situations, facts, and information to translate into accounting and financial statements.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain strong relationships with various functions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
