Kross Komics - Manager - Marketing

We're Kross Komics - India's first webtoon platform. What are webtoons? Glad you asked - Webtoons are digital comics (ranging from rom-coms to dramas to slice of life) which are optimised for the Mobile experience. This format or story-telling originated from South Korea and has now taken many markets by storm (much like K-Pop, K-Drama, K-Fashion etc.).

We are a well funded startup based out of India and South Korea. Our mission in India is to make comics a mainstream option of entertainment for the youth, through the format of webtoons. Currently, we have a team of 10 (in Mumbai, India) and 10 (in Seoul, South Korea), an Android app with 1Mn+ downloads and a cool upcoming product. We are looking for marketing professionals with at least 4-5 years of experience in the online B2C space. The expectations from the candidate would be :

1) Management of online acquisition campaigns

2) Conducting brand tracks among the TG to monitor and shape the identity of the brand

3) Contribute actively to DAU, MAU growth/sustenance tactics/strategies
