Location: Bangalore Kristal.AI is a global, digital-first private wealth platform providing comprehensive and no-frills wealth management solutions for the entire spectrum ranging from sophisticated high net worth individuals to first-time investors. Kristal.AIs B2B2C business is geared towards enabling leading Wealth managers, Family offices, Investment Advisors as well as Digital Wealth management platforms in India to provide Global Investments for their clients. This business was started in early 2020 and within a short period of 15 months have signed up over 40 partners across India and has been established as a pillar of growth for the organization. We are now looking to establish a Kristal for Global theme in this space across India and for this, we are looking for a dynamic financial advisor to advise our partners and their customers on global markets and products. Key responsibilities will include: - Main point of contact with Partners and educate them on global markets and Kristal products. - Platform demos and presentations (via zoom and face to face sessions) with Partners and their customers (when requested). - Coordinate sessions with Kristal product experts for advanced product knowledge. - Coordinate with Kristal onboarding team to ensure high quality customer engagement pre & post client onboarding. - Coordinate with Ops team to ensure investments made by clients are executed and details are provided. - Work with marketing team to build the Kristal for Global theme and help in spreading the global investment knowledge that company is creating. - Please note that this role will need flexibility to take calls and do presentations on weekends since this is the time convenient for many partner and customer to have detailed sessions. KPIs for the individual will be: - Growth of AUM from the partners - Consistent risk adjusted returns of client portfolios Key skills we are looking for someone in this role: - Management degree from a leading institute - 3-8 year work experience in an Advisory role, preferably at an Asset Management company, Investment Advisory firm or Family office - Strong financial knowledge - Client facing experience is a strongly preferred The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently.
