Key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and report timely and accurate Net Assets Values and ensure that it is reflecting properly in the system - Ensure Fees is debited on a periodic basis as per the Fund term sheets - Identify exceptions and problems affecting accounting records and prices, communicating same to management, and assisting in their resolution - Timely and error free entry of Deposits, withdrawals, customer investments & redemption requests - Daily monitoring of Customer's fund portfolios & Cash Flows (Cash in/outs) - EOD accounts reconciliation with broker & bank reports - Respond to Auditor inquiries and prepare statements required for auditing - Generate routine and ad-hoc statements for management. - Develop process improvements and identify automation possibilities - Work with Technology team to ensure high data quality Key skills we are looking for someone in this role: - MBA/Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience in a Fund Accounting role - Knowledge of various financial products - Strong attention to detail - Microsoft Excel expert The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
