Designation: Senior Analyst / Trader Location : Bangalore Experience : 0 - 3 yrs preferably at a Structuring or Trading desk at any financial institution / Fintech house Kristal.AI is looking to expand our product capabilities to include structured offerings in listed and unlisted securities for our clients globally. To enable this, we are expanding our Analysis and Trading desk. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us on full time basis. Key responsibilities will include: - Design and implement multi-asset investment strategies - Create Product Marketing material detailing these strategies - Tracking, computation and reconciliation of P&L, performance of each trading strategy on a daily/weekly basis - Execution of trades with senior Portfolio Managers on daily basis giving exposure to live markets - Monitor a variety of markets and assist in developing portfolio management ideas Key skills we are looking for someone in this role: - MBA from IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI - 0-3 year's work experience preferably at a structuring or trading desk at any financial institution / Fintech house - Knowledge of derivatives products - Strong attention to detail - Programming skills in Python is a plus The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently. Location of this role shall be in Bangalore with possible requirement in future to work out of SG and/or HK on as required basis.
