We are looking for a Program Manager to plan, execute and deliver critical initiatives focussed on Financial Products & Investment Advisory.

Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large initiatives across the organization which need cross functional coordination.

- Drive roadmap & resource planning activities and deliverables.

- Run cross functional scrums for various initiatives.

- Identify, analyse, and mitigate risk exposure at all levels.

- Prepare and present program and project status to key stakeholders at regular intervals.

- Build strategic relationships with key technology, Ops and business leaders to ensure success.

- Lead efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.

Basic Qualifications:

- Total experience - 5 to 7 years with significant experience in financial products & services

- Min. 2 years of experience full-time program management experience

- Engineering degree + MBA preferred

- Strong communication skills, skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication.

- Strong experience in driving large portfolios and operational excellence

- Mastery of planning and collaboration tools.
