Role: We are looking for a Product leader who is passionate about understanding users and creating world class user experiences in a data driven approach.

The leader will be responsible for :

1. Championing data-centric thinking within the organization and driving adoption rates

2. Defining roadmap to enable data driven decisions across the platform

3. Mapping out data personas and consumer profiles in the platform

4. Defining key metrics to track success or prioritize features

5. Product ownership of all data tools in the platform - Tableau, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics/Optimise, Zendesk Explore

6. Performing A/B testing across the platform

Requirements:

1. Degree or Higher

2. 6 to 10 years of product management experience, specifically data centric roles.

3. Strong analytical abilities with a background of using both large-scale quantitative data sets and detailed qualitative research to drive decision-making.

4. Experience growing in a fast-paced, high growth environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities, resources, and business needs.

5. Proficient working with data centric product management tools
