Designation: Analyst Location: Bangalore Experience for specified role: 2-4 years in investment analysis Responsibilities: Kristal.ai offers a wide range of financial products to its clients/investors. Candidate is expected to ensure high quality deliverables in terms of onboarding, monitoring and managing the Funds Platform. - Onboarding of new funds through the review of fund offering materials, creating IC approval documents for onboarding, setup with fund administrators - Review of monthly performance reports/factsheets of onboarded funds, assess & evaluate fund performance, monthly review call with Fund managers - Creating product notes/factsheets; Building marketing collateral (e.g. pitch decks, product notes) for consumption by Advisors, Relationship Managers & clients; Updating & maintaining the product notes/factsheets on a monthly basis - Conducting marketing webinars in collaboration with Sales & Marketing team - Participation in other special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Funds Platform team - Analysis & evaluation of secondary market transactions from public sources - Any other portfolio, company related task as is necessary, to enhance the overallvalue to the potential client/partner Accountability: - Assigned as an individual contributor role Basic Qualifications: - MBA (ex-IIM) with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Consulting/Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Private Equity firms - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Key skills in presentation, webinars and financial analysis - Good interpersonal and networking skills Essential Skills: - Ability to think strategically, impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps - Strong understanding of investment process - Knowledge of Alternative Assets Vertical (Primary & Secondary markets) - Analytical mindset to make data-informed For further information visit us at www.kristal.ai
