Job Description:

1. Investment Analysis:

- Perform comprehensive analyses of global investment opportunities, leveraging our platform and external sources.

- Develop sophisticated financial models and forecasts using advanced Excel functions (e.g., macros, VBA) to support strategic investment decisions.

- Create and present detailed investment rationale reports and recommendations tailored for internal & external stakeholders.

- Stay abreast of global and local market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may affect investment strategies.

2. Client Interaction and Portfolio Management:

- Assist in client meetings by providing high-quality service and addressing complex inquiries with professionalism.

- Partner with our advisory team to evaluate client investment goals, risk appetite, and financial status.

- Design and manage personalized investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions.

- Regularly review and analyze portfolio performance, recommending adjustments and communicating updates to clients effectively.

3. Business Development Support:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with channel partners, managing and converting inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities.

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategic business initiatives.

- Track and manage the sales funnel, identifying key opportunities and following up on potential leads.

- Collaborate with senior team members to refine business processes and achieve targets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

4. Collateral Handling and Reporting:

- Organize and manage client documentation and presentation materials efficiently.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reporting, supporting decision-making processes.

5. Sales Support:

- Provide assistance to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation.

- Work to reduce turnaround times (TATs) and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency.

- Participate in fund manager calls, providing valuable insights and drafting detailed minutes capturing key discussions and outcomes.

6. Learning and Development:

- Commit to continuous learning about financial markets, investment products, and industry best practices.

- Actively engage in training opportunities and seek feedback to advance skills and professional development.
